Janine McGarvey has proudly owned Care Pharmacy Hastings since 2006, when she purchased the business — then known as Richardson’s Pharmacy — following a 20-year career working across both hospital and retail pharmacies in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Passionate about community healthcare, Janine’s vision is to make Care Pharmacy Hastings a true local health hub — a welcoming, family-focused pharmacy where customers can access everything they need in one place. From prescriptions and vitamins to mobility aids and footcare, she is committed to providing personalised support and trusted advice for every stage of life.
